Shane Jenne is a certified fitness professional with over 6 years of experience in personal training and strength coaching. He began his fitness journey by losing over 70 pounds during college, which inspired him to help others achieve their health goals. Shane became the first personal trainer at Webster University, where he developed and led training programs for students, faculty, and staff, and served on the Wellness Committee . He later joined Phoenix A+ Coaching, where he continues to apply his expertise in strength and conditioning.
