    Matt Nichols is a human performance coach & Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience in fitness training and personal coaching. He serves as the general manager at Oak Park The Home of CrossFit Los Angeles, where he coaches group fitness and functional breathing classes, and trains individuals and small groups both virtually and in person. Matt holds multiple coaching certifications, including CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, XPT Master Coach, Advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathing Instructor, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. He also leads corporate wellness workshops and group experiences that utilize fitness, mindful breathing, extreme heat and cold exposure, and mental skills coaching to enhance human performance.
