    Keith Hodges is a seasoned Fitness Trainer with over 15 years of experience in fitness training and personal coaching. He holds a degree in Sports Management from Indiana University's School of Kinesiology and specializes in functional strength and conditioning, loaded movement training, hypertrophy, nutrition, corrective exercise, and pre​/​postnatal fitness.
