    Jessica Harel is an ACSM-certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in fitness training and personal coaching. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Health & Fitness, she began managing a local gym and training clients. Her own fitness journey shifted from running 5Ks to weight training following knee surgeries in high school, eventually leading her to compete in natural bodybuilding shows from 2014 to 2017. Together with her husband, Shane, she co-founded Harel Trained, a health and wellness coaching company based. Their services include lifestyle coaching, bodybuilding and powerlifting preparation, nutrition guidance, and life coaching, tailored to both beginners and seasoned athletes.
