    Denise DeCesare is a seasoned fitness professional with over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Since 1992, she has managed group exercise programs for various fitness chains and designed a wide variety of fitness programs. Denise holds numerous national certifications, including a Master's in Anatomy, and is certified in Stott Pilates (Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced Reformer, Barrel, Cadillac, and Chair) and Polestar Reformer Rehab for special medical populations. Additionally, she has a 15-year dance background in ballet, modern, and tap and was the captain of the women's varsity tennis team at Fordham University. Currently, Denise teaches at Club Pilates Quaker Ridge, offering classes such as Center + Balance, F.I.T., Suspend, Restore, Cardio Sculpt, Control, Teen, and Reformer Flow.
