Robert Diano is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with nearly a decade of experience in personal training and rehabilitation. He graduated from South University and currently works at Gelb Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center, where he integrates physical therapy with strength training to help clients recover from injuries and enhance their mobility. Robert is also a dedicated powerlifter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, demonstrating a strong commitment to both personal fitness and professional development.
