Reed Sims is a competitive weightlifter and CrossFit athlete with over 5 years of experience in fitness and personal training. At 17 years old, he has already achieved notable accomplishments, including placing 11th in the 2023 CrossFit Games Age Group Semifinals and 9th at the U17 67kg Olympic Weightlifting Nationals.
